Interest rates have remained pretty steady this week, with small reductions here and there to bring them into line with other lenders. Borrowers with a LVR of 80% or better can get between 4.15% and 4.39% over 1 year (still with the exception being HSBC with 3.95% over 18 months for their Premier customers), while the 2 year rate is 4.39% pretty much across the board.
